I know what it feels like to struggle.


To carry pain that no one else can see. To wonder if things will ever get better. To keep going simply because giving up isn't an option.


Through it all, one thing never disappeared.


Hope.


Sometimes it was nothing more than the tiniest spark, buried beneath fear, grief, illness, or life's hardest moments. But it was always there.


That's why I created the Happiness Matters Foundation.


Not to rescue people.

Not to fix people.


But to create opportunities for them to reconnect with the spark they still carry within themselves.

As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we bring that belief to life through education, community partnerships, and initiatives that remove barriers and expand possibilities. Whether we're supporting emotional well-being, financial wellness, future medical debt relief, or innovative programs like The Hope Collective, every initiative is guided by the same mission:

You'll receive a donation receipt for your records — and our heartfelt gratitude for helping create opportunities where hope becomes action.

Yes. Once someone is accepted into one of our programs, they never have to wonder whether they can afford the support they're seeking.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and community partners, financial barriers are removed so people can focus on what truly matters — reconnecting with hope, discovering new possibilities, and taking their next step forward.

Because no one should have to choose between getting the support they're seeking and paying the bills.

We also believe that a win for one must be a win for all. That's why we create programs where the people receiving support, the practitioners sharing their gifts, our donors, and our community all become part of the same ripple of hope.

The Happiness Matters Foundation was founded by Dr. Sabine Mann and is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors committed to serving with integrity, transparency, and heart.

Because movements aren't built by organizations.

They're built by people who choose to care.

We believe transparency builds trust.

Every donation is stewarded with care, guided by board oversight, sound financial practices, and a deep respect for the generosity of every donor. We treat every dollar as an opportunity to create meaningful impact and move hope into action.

If you ever have questions about how your gift is being used, we'll gladly answer them. Because trust isn't just one of our values — it's how we do everything.

We planted our roots in Colorado, and that is where our foundation began.

Many of our resources and future programs may be available online or through community partnerships beyond Colorado, depending on the nature of the initiative and applicable requirements.

As the Happiness Matters Foundation grows, so will the opportunities we create and the communities we serve.

Because hope was never meant to stay in one place.

There are so many ways to create hope.


You can volunteer, become a Hope Collective member, partner with us as a business, sponsor a program, create a fundraiser, share our mission with friends, or simply tell someone about the resources we offer.


Not everyone can give financially.


But everyone can help hope travel a little farther.
